Jackson appeared in court to defend himself against charges that he had broken a contract to appear in two millenium concerts.
He showed up in court wearing a surgical mask. The judge ordered him to remove the mask, which he did, revealing that his
nose had a large bandage on it. Rumors began to circulate that the tip of Jackson's nose had collapsed because of the extensive
plastic surgery performed on it, and that the bandage was actually now holding the tip on.
